Requirements

Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not required
Passion for food and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for daily service
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or equipment issues
Support inventory management by rotating stock and minimizing waste
