Requirements

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe a plus)
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Passion for food quality and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute menu items consistently according to recipes and plating standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout each shift
Work efficiently across multiple stations including grill, sauté, fry, and prep as needed
Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely ticket execution during service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food inventory properly
Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
