About The Position

The Line Attendant works in a food manufacturing environment, unpacking raw materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and packaging finished goods. The role ensures products meet company and government quality standards and follows applicable regulations, policies, procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and safety requirements. This is a full-time, second-shift position with opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
Ability to adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
Ensure products from raw materials through finished goods meet company and government quality standards.
Inspect products, discard or fix products as necessary, and record waste amounts as directed.
Notify the supervisor of quality issues, ingredient or material problems, and equipment breakdowns.
Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures, including GMPs and safety regulations.
