About The Position

This is a full-time Line Attendant position in a food manufacturing environment on the second shift, with hours between 3:00 pm and 12:30 am. The role involves handling raw materials, preparing and assembling products, and packaging finished goods while ensuring products meet company and government quality standards. The position offers opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Ability to adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products from raw materials through finished goods meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products, discard or fix products as necessary, and record waste amounts as directed.
• Notify a supervisor of quality issues, ingredient or material problems, and equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations.
