Line Attendant | 2nd shift
About The Position
The Line Attendant works in a food manufacturing environment, unpacking raw materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and packaging finished goods. The role ensures products meet company and government quality standards, identifies and records waste, and reports quality, materials, or equipment issues to a supervisor. Work is performed in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations. This is a full-time, second-shift position with hours from 4:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour, with an additional $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. The position is in a food manufacturing environment and offers opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
- Ability to adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
- Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
- Ensure products from raw materials through finished goods meet company and government quality standards.
- Inspect products, discard or fix products as needed, and record waste amounts as directed.
- Notify a supervisor about quality issues, ingredient or material problems, and equipment breakdowns.
- Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures, including GMPs and safety regulations.
