About The Position

The Line Attendant works in a food manufacturing environment, unpacking raw materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and packaging finished goods. The role ensures products meet company and government quality standards, identifies and documents waste, and reports quality, material, ingredient, or equipment issues to a supervisor. Work must comply with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and safety requirements. This is a full-time, second-shift position with hours from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The starting pay is $17.25 per hour, with an additional $1.50 shift differential for work from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Requirements

Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
Ability to adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
Ensure products from raw materials through finished goods meet company and government quality standards.
Inspect products and discard or fix them as needed.
Record the amount of waste as directed.
Notify a supervisor of quality issues, ingredient or material problems, and equipment breakdowns.
Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations.
