About The Position

The Line Attendant works in a food manufacturing environment producing and packaging food products. The role includes handling raw materials and ingredients, assembling products, and ensuring that products meet company and government quality standards. This is a full-time, second-shift position with hours from 4:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour, with an additional shift differential for hours worked between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. Opportunities for advancement are available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Ability to adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products, from raw materials through finished goods, meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products, discard or correct products as necessary, and record waste as directed.
• Notify a supervisor about quality issues, ingredient or material problems, and equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations.
