About The Position

This is a full-time Line Attendant position in a food manufacturing environment, with opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour, with an additional $1.50 shift differential for hours worked from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. The second shift is scheduled from 4:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.

The role involves handling raw materials and ingredients, assembling products, packaging finished goods, and checking that products meet company and government quality standards. Employees must follow applicable food manufacturing, safety, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Ability to adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products, from raw materials through finished goods, meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and discard or fix products as necessary; record waste amounts as directed.
• Notify a supervisor about quality issues, ingredient or material problems, and equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations.
