About The Position

This is a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment, with opportunities for advancement. The Line Attendant unpacks raw materials, mixes ingredients, assembles products, and packages finished goods. The role also involves checking products against company and government quality standards, addressing defective products, recording waste, and notifying a supervisor about quality, materials, or equipment issues. All duties must follow applicable regulations, company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Ability to adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products from raw materials through finished goods meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products, discard or fix products as necessary, and record waste amounts as directed.
• Notify a supervisor of quality issues, ingredient or material problems, and equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations.
