Line Attendant | 2nd shift
About The Position
The Line Attendant works in a food manufacturing environment producing products for brands including Red Baron®, Tony's®, and Freschetta® pizza; Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts; and bibigo® and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement. The scheduled second-shift hours are 4:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour, with an additional $1.50 shift differential for hours worked from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The role involves handling raw materials and ingredients, assembling and packaging products, and checking products for quality. Work must comply with applicable government and company requirements, including USDA, OSHA, state and federal regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
- Ability to adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
- Unpack raw materials and mix ingredients.
- Assemble products and package finished goods.
- Ensure products from raw materials through finished goods meet company and government quality standards.
- Inspect products, discard or fix products as necessary, and record waste amounts as directed.
- Notify the supervisor of quality issues, ingredient or material problems, and equipment breakdowns.
- Perform duties in compliance with applicable USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations.
