About The Position

Moran Automotive is seeking experienced Automotive Service Technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles and perform routine maintenance. The shop is busy and offers top pay for top performers. Trainable, less experienced technicians are also welcome, with opportunities for advancement. The role involves identifying additional maintenance and repair needs to support vehicle safety, reliability, and performance; providing labor and time estimates; completing repairs efficiently while maintaining high workmanship and quality standards; keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe; and staying current with manufacturer training and evolving diagnostic procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience as an automotive technician.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

ASE certification or state certification; experienced technicians with these certifications are eligible for flat-rate pay.
Trainable, less experienced technicians are also welcomed.
