About The Position

Assemblers and Operators perform light assembly of fuel injectors, including tearing down, cleaning, and reassembling injection bodies. For cleaning, operators place components in various machines, start the machines, remove the components, and move them to the appropriate area. The role uses Kaizen and continuous improvement techniques to follow and improve current processes. Other duties may be required. This is a second-shift position, scheduled from 2:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., 1:00 a.m., or 2:00 a.m. The job is listed as full-time and contract.

Requirements

• Wear steel-toe, slip-resistant safety shoes.
• Be willing to work all scheduled hours, including Saturdays and Sundays as required.
• Be able to stand for 85% of an eight-hour shift.
• Be dependable and arrive at work on time every day.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Be able to pass a urine drug screen.
• Have a high school diploma or GED and provide proof during the background-check process.
