About The Position

Manage the Lifestyle department, which develops and implements programs that enrich residents’ lifestyles. The role oversees transportation services, independent contractors, and fitness services, and coordinates with spa and salon center operators. This position is based at Vi at Lakeside Village, 2792 Donnelly Drive, Lantana, Florida 33462. Applicants must comply with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process. Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in program development and program management, with prior supervisory responsibility.
A bachelor's degree in leisure studies, recreational therapy, gerontology, wellness, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience assessing, designing, and implementing vocational, emotional, social, physical, intellectual, and spiritual programs for an active senior population.
A valid and current driver's license, where applicable.
Current CPR certification, or willingness and ability to become CPR certified.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, including strong oral, written, and platform-speaking skills.
Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process.

Experience in the senior living industry is preferred.
