The Lifestyle Director is responsible for developing, implementing, promoting, and evaluating a comprehensive lifestyle program that enhances resident engagement and fosters a vibrant community culture. Requirements

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum three years of professional experience in event planning, recreation, hospitality, public relations, or community engagement.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in HOAs, active-adult communities, hospitality, or recreation organizations.
  • Experience managing volunteers and community committees.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an annual lifestyle and recreation calendar.
  • Plan signature events, educational programs, wellness activities, and social gatherings.
  • Monitor resident engagement and participation levels.
  • Coordinate all aspects of community events including planning, logistics, budgeting, vendors, and sponsorships.
  • Track attendance, participation, and resident feedback.
  • Document and photograph community events.
  • Manage newsletters, website content, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Develop event marketing campaigns and resident communications.
  • Oversee daily operations of the amenity center and recreational facilities.
  • Coordinate facility reservations, rentals, and scheduling.
  • Support resident clubs, committees, and interest groups.
  • Recruit, train, and support volunteers.
  • Serve as liaison between resident groups and management.
  • Develop and administer the annual lifestyle budget.
  • Monitor revenues, sponsorship income, and expenditures.
  • Prepare reports for management and the Board.
