Hourly Pay Reports to: Lifeguard Supervisor
Requirements
- Proficiency in swimming techniques and safety skills.
- Current lifeguard and CPR certification.
- Patience, tact, and clear communication skills with all ages.
- Skills in both leadership and customer service.
- Commitment to our values: hospitality, integrity, teamwork, care, and family.
Responsibilities
- Protect lives and prevent injuries and drowning incidents.
- Provide top-notch customer service and member experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and a professional and safe environment on the pool deck.
