About The Position

Ruales is seeking a vigilant and responsible Lifeguard to help ensure the safety of patrons at its swimming area. The role involves monitoring swimming areas, enforcing safety rules, and responding promptly to emergencies. Requirements

• Current Lifeguard certification, such as American Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Nice To Haves

• Previous lifeguard or aquatic safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all guests.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid or CPR as needed.
• Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and facilities.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the pool area.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive experience for visitors.
