About The Position

Geviti is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to execute their email, SMS, and CRM strategy. This role will manage the full member journey, from initial lead nurturing and conversion to onboarding, retention, upsell, referral, and winback. The specialist will build and optimize the lifecycle engine to drive engagement and long-term membership value. Collaboration with marketing, sales, member experience, product, design, and clinical teams is essential for delivering personalized and conversion-focused communications. This is a hands-on role requiring strong copywriting, flow building, performance analysis, audience segmentation, and AI tool utilization skills. While remote work is possible, candidates open to a hybrid model in the Gilbert, AZ office will be prioritized.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, growth, or email/SMS marketing.
  • Ideally experience at a DTC, subscription, membership, or health/wellness brand.
  • Hands-on experience building automated customer journeys across email and SMS in platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, Attentive, or Postscript.
  • Strong copywriting ability with a clear, persuasive, customer-first voice.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and turn insights into action.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, design, and customer/member experience teams.
  • Comfortable moving fast in a startup environment with strong attention to detail and rigorous campaign QA.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, personalization, and output quality.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage automated lifecycle journeys across email and SMS, including lead nurture, post-consult conversion, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase onboarding, member activation, referral, winback, and reactivation.
  • Build reorder, replenishment, and follow-up campaigns timed to dosing protocols and panel cycles, plus upsell and cross-sell programs across products, panels, tests, and services.
  • Create high-performing email and SMS campaigns that are clear, compliant, educational, and conversion-focused.
  • Develop segmentation strategies based on customer goals, purchase behavior, engagement, funnel stage, location, health interests, and member lifecycle stage.
  • Translate Geviti's positioning into personalized messaging across longevity, weight loss, hormones, testosterone, performance, menopause, gut health, and general health optimization, including member education tied to clinical protocols and bloodwork results.
  • Design and run campaign tests across subject lines, hooks, offers, CTAs, timing, audience segments, and message formats.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate campaign development, personalization, testing, reporting, and content repurposing.
  • Track, report, and improve performance across key lifecycle metrics, including open rate, click rate, conversion rate, booked consults, show rate, purchase rate, activation rate, referral rate, churn, upsell revenue, and LTV.
  • Collaborate with design and web to build landing pages, email assets, and post-click experiences that convert; partner with member experience to improve activation and retention; partner with the Head of Marketing to turn campaign ideas into repeatable, revenue-generating systems.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, campaign QA, tagging logic, and documentation so the lifecycle system can scale cleanly.
