The specialist will build and optimize the lifecycle engine to drive engagement and long-term membership value. Collaboration with marketing, sales, member experience, product, design, and clinical teams is essential for delivering personalized and conversion-focused communications. This is a hands-on role requiring strong copywriting, flow building, performance analysis, audience segmentation, and AI tool utilization skills. While remote work is possible, candidates open to a hybrid model in the Gilbert, AZ office will be prioritized.
