About The Position

Bectran, Inc. is looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding marketing team. This role will primarily focus on executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns, lifecycle programs, and marketing automation efforts. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across various channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to support campaign execution and ensure alignment with overall business goals. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and has a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with a strong interest in digital marketing and campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in email marketing or demand generation (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to build and execute email campaigns end-to-end, including segmentation and basic automation
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign performance data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with multi-channel campaign execution (email, SEM, paid digital, content-driven campaigns)
  • Hands-on experience with email and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience working cross-functionally with content, product, or sales teams to support campaign execution
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup, QA, and deployment accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and optimize email marketing programs, including newsletters, lead generation/nurture, product education, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Translate campaign strategy into executable email calendars, audiences, workflows, and launch schedules
  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, including segmentation, routing, and basic lead scoring to support effective nurturing
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on campaign assets (email copy, landing pages, CTAs, and supporting content) to ensure messaging is accurate, on-brand, and conversion-oriented
  • Monitor and report on email performance (deliverability, open rate, CTR, conversion rate, pipeline influence), and identify opportunities to improve results
  • Own the execution and delivery of email campaigns, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and performance standards are met
  • Support development and refinement of campaign messaging in collaboration with the marketing team; may assist with content creation as needed
  • Given the dynamic nature of a growing team, support broader marketing initiatives as needed
