About The Position

In this role, you will help manage and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across both prospect and customer audiences, with a focus on our MedSpa and Home Services verticals. You’ll support full-funnel programs including acquisition, nurture, retention, and expansion/upsell campaigns across email and supporting channels such as SMS, in-app, and push. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented email marketer who can ramp quickly, manage multiple campaigns at once, write strong campaign copy, QA thoroughly, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with Marketo is preferred, though experience with platforms like HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io is also valuable. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record of building, testing, and launching successful email marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo preferred; experience with HubSpot, Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io also welcome.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, including the ability to create Salesforce campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting, QA, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to improve campaign performance.
  • Experience with Sigma or another analytics platform such as Tableau or Domo preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively, give and receive feedback, and operate with ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and execute targeted lifecycle campaigns across email and supporting channels such as SMS, in-app, and push.
  • Support prospect and customer campaigns across acquisition, nurture, retention, and expansion/upsell.
  • Monitor and maintain existing nurture campaigns, with a focus on MedSpa and Home Services audiences.
  • Write and edit clear, compelling campaign copy tailored to different audiences, lifecycle stages, and business goals.
  • Build, QA, and launch campaigns with strong attention to detail, ensuring audiences, preferences, suppressions, links, UTMs, personalization, and campaign logic are accurate.
  • Maintain the lifecycle content calendar and communicate upcoming campaigns to cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with vertical marketing, product marketing managers, and other partners to create timely, relevant campaigns aligned to the customer journey.
  • Track campaign performance and use data, A/B testing, and insights to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Use tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Asana, Sigma, and AI platforms like ChatGPT or Claude to support campaign execution and efficiency.
