Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Pacaso is seeking a customer-obsessed lifecycle marketer to build, coordinate, and manage ongoing optimization of manual and automated marketing campaigns. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing campaigns aimed at increasing lead conversion and down funnel engagement across a multi-channel platform. This individual should be confident in their skills to identify opportunities and optimize existing programs as well as be innovative regarding the creation of new campaign opportunities. Program success is driven by increasing engagement by delivering highly relevant messages across the customer journey.

Build, coordinate, and manage ongoing optimization of manual and automated marketing campaigns

• Utilization of ESP and backend data systems for strategic segmentation and targeting
• Analytical skills to maintain and analyze reports for campaign optimization
