The Role Cotton Citizen is looking for a data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to report to the VP of Digital and architect our global retention strategy. You will bridge the gap between high-end L.A. luxury and performance-driven automation, working with our marketing and creative departments to turn our signature dye treatments and core essentials into high-converting digital narratives. You will manage the technical end-to-end lifecycle—leveraging deep segmentation and cross-channel automation across email and SMS—to ensure every touchpoint in our customers' inboxes and pockets feels as premium as our products while aggressively driving Lifetime Value (LTV) and brand loyalty. This is a full-time position, on-site, five days a week.
