About The Position

Stan is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize the systems that convert attention into trials and revenue. This role focuses on the post-click experience, ensuring seamless integration between paid media, email, content, and web to maintain a consistently stocked, aligned, and improving funnel. The manager will collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, creative, content, product, and growth teams to enhance conversion rates throughout the customer journey, from initial click to activated customer. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, data-driven, and possess a systems-thinking approach, with a strong sense of ownership and a focus on outcomes. This is not a brand strategy, pure performance marketing buying, or content creation role, but rather one that ensures these functions work effectively together.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid funnel support and content flow, ensuring the paid media team has high-quality creative and sourcing/routing content from various channels.
  • Identify and scale winning content, repurposing and reusing it effectively.
  • Manage paid media collaboration and reporting, including the day-to-day relationship with paid media specialists and translating performance data into actionable insights.
  • Own lifecycle email execution, building, managing, and optimizing email flows across the user journey, ensuring message consistency, and reinforcing key narratives.
  • Optimize landing pages for conversion by monitoring performance, testing messaging and structure, and ensuring clear value communication.
  • Support SEO and content performance by ensuring blog content is optimized for search, aligned with messaging, and identifying opportunities for traffic growth.
  • Act as the connective tissue across marketing functions, coordinating with paid, organic, product marketing, and content teams to ensure messaging and execution consistency.
