We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Lifecycle Marketer to architect and execute the end-to-end journey for our enterprise healthcare provider customers. Reporting initially to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be the primary driver of customer value realization, tasked with increasing product adoption, defending retention, and identifying signals for account expansion. Lifecycle Marketing sits at the intersection of Growth, Product, and Customer Delivery, transforming raw customer data into sophisticated engagement programs. You will be responsible for turning "moments of risk" into "milestones of loyalty" by ensuring our customers—from RCM billing teams to C-suite executives—constantly see the ROI of the Candid platform.
