About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support customer engagement, retention, and growth initiatives across digital payment and commerce products. In this role, you will develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs designed to drive product awareness, engagement, and ongoing usage. This position requires a strategic marketer with strong cross-functional leadership skills, deep experience in lifecycle marketing, and a passion for using data-driven insights to optimize customer experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is comfortable partnering with global teams to deliver impactful marketing programs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, performance marketing, CRM marketing, affiliate marketing, or customer engagement programs
  • Proven success driving customer growth, engagement, retention, and transaction-related marketing outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional digital marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders and business functions
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing channels including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and digital engagement programs
  • Experience designing, testing, measuring, and optimizing customer journeys and marketing touchpoints
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Experience presenting recommendations, campaign performance, and strategic plans to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global environments with competing priorities and deadlines

  • MBA, Master's degree, or advanced education in Marketing, Business, or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, product adoption, and transaction growth
  • Partner with product, analytics, business development, creative, digital marketing, and international teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and drive successful campaign execution
  • Lead recurring cross-functional meetings and stakeholder forums to coordinate initiatives, share updates, and ensure organizational alignment
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new or underutilized marketing channels and customer touchpoints
  • Develop campaign strategies with a multi-product, multi-channel approach, including customer targeting, segmentation, experimentation, and audience messaging
  • Design and document campaign requirements, workflows, business rules, and communication specifications for automated marketing programs
  • Partner with analytics teams to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Analyze marketing results and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to develop programs tailored to regional customer needs and market opportunities
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
