About The Position

AAA Life Insurance is hiring licensed Life Insurance Sales Agents to sell AAA Life insurance products in a high-volume, fast-paced call-center environment. The agent explains product features and benefits to prospective customers to promote and sell insurance products and meet production goals. The role provides services in accordance with applicable underwriting requirements and business procedures, and includes following up as needed to ensure written business is placed. The position is remote, and relocation eligibility is not available.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Current license to sell life insurance.
• Proven ability to provide a high level of customer-focused service.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and web-related products.
• Ability to enter information on multiple screens using a PC keyboard.
• Ability to manage and navigate multiple sources of information and apply them as needed.
• Ability to work extended or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues to a range of audiences.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to perform the job's physical duties, including frequently standing, walking, sitting, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, talking, hearing, and concentrating; vision requirements include close and distance vision, depth perception, and adjusting focus.

Nice To Haves

• Some college coursework.
• At least one year of experience in insurance and/or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Promote inbound sales of AAA Life Insurance products in a call-center environment.
• Identify and promote cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to meet sales production expectations.
• Complete applications and forms, following internal processing procedures and company policies.
• Provide advanced technical and product information in response to customer inquiries to support quality and sales goals and promote AAA Life products.
• Achieve sales goals and other performance expectations established by management.
• Successfully complete training relating to AAA Life products and services.
• Perform other job duties as assigned or required.
