About The Position

AAA Life Insurance is hiring licensed Life Insurance Sales Agents to sell AAA Life insurance products in a high-volume, fast-paced call-center environment. The Life Sales Agent explains product features and benefits to potential customers, promotes and sells insurance products to achieve production goals, provides accurate information in accordance with underwriting requirements and company procedures, and follows up to help ensure written business is placed. This is a remote position. Relocation eligibility is not available.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• Current license to sell life insurance.
• Proven track record of providing a high level of customer-focused service.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and web-related products.
• Ability to enter information on various screens using a PC keyboard.
• Ability to manage and navigate multiple sources of information and apply it as needed.
• Ability to work extended or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex issues to a range of audiences.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Some college coursework.
• At least one year of experience in insurance and/or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Promote inbound sales of AAA Life Insurance products in a call-center environment.
• Identify and promote cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to meet sales production expectations.
• Complete appropriate applications and forms.
• Follow internal processing procedures and handle transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide advanced technical and product information in response to customer inquiries to support quality and sales goals and promote AAA Life products.
• Achieve sales goals and other performance expectations defined by management.
• Successfully complete training related to AAA Life products and services.
• Perform other job duties as assigned or required.
