Life Manager

Trivium•Miami Beach, FL
•$60,000 - $70,000•Hybrid

About The Position

A Miami-based Life Manager will support a husband-and-wife team who jointly run a fast-growing business. The role is approximately two-thirds personal and household management and one-third business operations, with event planning as the largest area of business support. The Life Manager will build and run systems for household logistics, errands, travel, vendors, appointments, and events so the principals do not have to manage those details themselves. Responsibilities include handling deliveries and household upkeep, coordinating repairs and maintenance, looking after the residence during extended trips, arranging travel and pet logistics, managing vehicle servicing and insurance renewals, and booking personal appointments and service providers. On the business side, the role plans and runs events from venue and vendor coordination through merchandise, timelines, and on-site execution; travels domestically to events when needed; supports small vendor relationships and straightforward agreement reviews; and tracks communication and tasks in Slack and spreadsheets. The position is hybrid, with approximately two days per week on site in Miami, and requires local presence, a valid driver's license, and a personal vehicle for errands. It is full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional urgent items. The role begins as a 1099 contractor, with potential to convert to full employment. Occasional domestic travel is required. The ideal candidate is discreet, detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, self-directed, comfortable supporting two principals across personal and business matters, and able to communicate excellently in written and spoken English.
