About The Position
This role is for a compassionate and energetic Life Enrichment Assistant who will help create a positive, fulfilling experience for residents by assisting with developing and leading activities, events, and social opportunities that encourage engagement, promote well-being, and foster meaningful relationships. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and enthusiasm to bring joy, purpose, and connection to those served. This is a part-time position working 18 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and facilitating recreational, educational, and social activities
- Encourage resident participation and engagement in daily programs
- Help coordinate special events, celebrations, and outings
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Support a welcoming atmosphere that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life
- Contribute new ideas that enhance resident experiences
