Life Cafe Supervisor (Nights & Weekends)
About The Position
The LifeCafe Supervisor oversees daily shift operations in the LifeCafe, delivering a high-quality experience to members and motivating staff to provide excellent customer service. The role monitors food quality and speed of service to support a positive member and guest experience. Night and weekend availability is required based on business needs. This is an hourly position paying $15.50 to $18.50, based on experience and qualifications. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Obtain CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
- Obtain ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire.
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 pounds.
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
- Availability to work nights and weekends based on business needs.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of supervisor or manager experience in a high-volume food service or retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage LifeCafe shift operations and adjust schedules based on traffic flow.
- Act as the daily shift leader, providing strong customer and team support.
- Ensure team members prepare menu items correctly and serve customers professionally.
- Provide promotion and disciplinary recommendations to the Manager.
- Handle light food preparation responsibilities.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns.
