About The Position

The LifeCafe Staff member prepares menu items according to recipes and speed-of-service standards, delivers exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean and sanitized environment. The role includes preparing food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks, and helping members with questions and suggestions about food and service. This is an hourly position with starting wages of $15.25 and pay up to $18.25, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Execute food, shake, and beverage orders efficiently and in accordance with speed-of-service standards.
Respond to members’ questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Execute espresso drink orders efficiently.
