About The Position
The LifeCafe Staff member prepares menu items according to recipes and speed-of-service standards, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean and sanitized environment. The role includes preparing food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks, and responding to members’ questions and suggestions about food and service. This is an hourly position with starting wages of $15.25 and pay up to $18.25, based on experience and qualifications. CPR/AED certification is required within the first 30 days of hire.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
- Obtain CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food, shakes, and beverage orders efficiently and in accordance with recipes and speed-of-service standards.
- Prepare espresso drink orders efficiently.
- Respond to members’ questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
