About The Position

The LifeCafe Staff member prepares menu items according to recipes and speed-of-service standards, delivers exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean and sanitized environment. This hourly position pays $15.50 to $18.50, based on experience and qualifications. CPR/AED certification is required within the first 30 days of hire.

Requirements

Ability to remain in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
Obtain CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Prepare food, shakes, and beverage orders quickly and efficiently.
Respond to members’ questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Prepare espresso drink orders quickly and efficiently.
