About The Position
The LifeCafe Staff member executes menu items according to recipes and speed-of-service standards. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment in a fast-paced, customer-focused café.
Requirements
- Ability to remain in a stationary position and move about the café for prolonged periods.
- Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 20 pounds.
- CPR/AED certification is required within the first 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food, shakes, and beverage orders efficiently.
- Answer members’ questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Prepare espresso drink orders efficiently.
