About The Position
The Server Assistant assists the Food Server in providing an expertly served dining experience by clearing and resetting tables according to standards. The role includes preparing tables and service areas, supporting food delivery, maintaining side stations, and responding to guest needs. Candidates must have valid U.S. work authorization.
Requirements
- At least two years of food service or related work experience.
- Ability to carry and balance a tray.
- Valid work authorization for the United States.

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Promptly and discreetly clear, clean, and set up tables and chairs, and arrange linens, china, glassware, and silverware for service.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Pick up food items from the kitchen, check orders for accuracy and quality, and deliver and serve items to guests.
- Stock side stations with linens, china, glassware, silverware, and paper goods; fill salt and pepper shakers, replenish sugars, and prepare bread service.
- Break down, clean, and set up side stations and back-of-house areas.
