Licensing Systems Support Specialist - Internal Applicants Only
About The Position
The Licensing Systems Support Specialist serves as a resource to agency personnel in resolving complex issues involving licensing application systems. The role works with key agency personnel to manage system defect resolution, implement changes, and develop operational processes, and requires in-depth knowledge of DPOR’s current EAGLES licensing system and future licensing systems. The position provides operational support to board staff and other users, including processing entity merges, education changes, and license record changes. It evaluates defects and change requests, assists with testing system changes, supports staff training, and contributes to efforts to modernize the agency’s licensing systems.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of DPOR’s current licensing system, EAGLES.
- Working knowledge of Board Regulations, application requirements, and business processes.
- Ability to analyze issues, request system changes, test solutions, and resolve problems.
- Ability to accurately record data and licensing changes in an automated licensing system.
- Good computer and software skills, including use of Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with board staff and other customers and provide support and training as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to prioritize work and deliver timely, accurate, and quality work products.
