About The Position

Custom Ink is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Full-Time Licensing Associate to join their Licensing team. This role is crucial for ensuring customer designs comply with licensing and brand standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, problem-solver, and collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in a state where Custom Ink is registered to do business as an employer.

Responsibilities

Analyze incoming customer orders and escalate licensed content for review and approval using established workflows.
Respond promptly to time-sensitive partner and internal team inquiries using internal chat and communication platforms.
Collaborate with teams across Revenue and Operations to ensure order compliance with intellectual property policies and partner brand standards.
Engage directly with licensing partners through email, phone, and online submission platforms to request approvals or address concerns.
Contribute to the evolution of our licensing knowledge base by surfacing trends, inconsistencies, and feedback collected during day-to-day order review.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for partner communications and approval activity.
