About The Position

Custom Ink is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Full-Time Licensing Associate to join their Licensing team. This role is crucial for ensuring customer designs comply with licensing and brand standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, problem-solver, and collaborative team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in a state where Custom Ink is registered to do business as an employer.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze incoming customer orders and escalate licensed content for review and approval using established workflows.
  • Respond promptly to time-sensitive partner and internal team inquiries using internal chat and communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with teams across Revenue and Operations to ensure order compliance with intellectual property policies and partner brand standards.
  • Engage directly with licensing partners through email, phone, and online submission platforms to request approvals or address concerns.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our licensing knowledge base by surfacing trends, inconsistencies, and feedback collected during day-to-day order review.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for partner communications and approval activity.
