About The Position
Oak Glen Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide resident care as part of its nursing team. The role is part-time and pays $29–$33 per hour, depending on experience. The LVN works with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support high-quality care and a safe, comfortable environment.
Requirements
- Current California LVN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
- Compassionate approach to resident care.

- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Support residents and families throughout their care journey.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for residents.
