About The Position

Oak Glen Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its nursing team. CNAs support residents throughout the day, helping promote their comfort and quality of life through attentive, respectful care. The role is part-time and pays $18.50–$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Current California CNA certification.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR/BLS certification is preferred.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive care.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the licensed nursing team.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
