About The Position

Moraga Post Acute is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join its healthcare team on a part-time basis in Moraga, California. The LVN provides nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans, administers prescribed medications and treatments, monitors residents’ conditions, and maintains accurate medical records. The role collaborates with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare team members while promoting resident safety, dignity, and comfort.

Requirements

• Current and active California LVN license.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing excellent resident care.

Nice To Haves

• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
