About The Position

Silverado is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide clinical care and compassionate support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role combines clinical expertise, empathy, and relationship-building to help residents live with dignity and joy in a team-focused environment. The nurse serves as a liaison among residents, families, and physicians; provides clinical support and helps residents with daily living activities; monitors resident health and maintains accurate care documentation; and contributes to a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. The position is full-time on the AM shift, Tuesday through Saturday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The anticipated pay range is $34–$38 USD.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
Active LVN/LPN license.
Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Able to perform an active role involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities
