About The Position

Silverado Encinitas is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide compassionate clinical care to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role combines clinical expertise, empathy, and relationship-building to support residents’ dignity and quality of life in a team-focused environment.

The LVN serves as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians; provides clinical support and assistance with daily living activities; monitors resident health and documents care accurately; and helps maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. This is a full-time AM-shift position with a schedule of four days on and two days off, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The anticipated pay range is $42–$56 USD.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
• Active LVN/LPN license.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Responsibilities
