About The Position

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides appropriate nursing care on a nursing unit as directed by an RN. The role involves gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, and performing therapeutic procedures in an age- and population-appropriate manner, consistent with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. The LVN performs other related duties as assigned or requested. This is a full-time night-shift position at Clear Lake North. Requirements

Hold current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if the state participates.
Current BLS certification is required; certification must be AHA-approved within 90 days of employment.
Current IV certification within 90 days of employment, if required by state regulations.

Nice To Haves

One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.
