About The Position
Village Healthcare Rehab is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate nursing care to patients. The LVN monitors patients’ conditions and needs, works with physicians and other nurses on individualized care plans, performs routine procedures, maintains patient charts, and administers medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. The role is scheduled from 6A to 2P and pays $24–$27 per hour. The facility emphasizes excellent clinical care, teamwork, compassion, and an inclusive workplace. Team members include nurses, therapists, and other clinicians who work to improve residents’ daily lives and uphold the facility’s mission to be the skilled nursing facility of choice in the community.
Requirements
- An LVN license is required.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide appropriate care.
- Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to develop individualized care plans.
- Perform routine procedures, such as measuring blood pressure and administering injections, and complete patients’ charts.
- Adjust and administer patients’ medications and provide treatments according to physicians’ orders.
