About The Position
Willow Creek Lodge is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide compassionate nursing care to patients and contribute to a collaborative clinical team. The facility emphasizes excellent patient experiences, teamwork, and an inclusive, caring workplace. Its mission is to be the skilled nursing facility of choice in the community by improving residents’ daily lives and providing extraordinary service. The LVN monitors patients’ conditions, assesses their needs, provides routine nursing procedures and treatments, and administers medications according to physician orders. The nurse collaborates with physicians and other nurses to develop individualized care plans and documents care in patient charts. Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide appropriate care.
- Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Perform routine procedures, including blood pressure measurements and injections, and complete patient charts.
- Adjust and administer patient medications and provide treatments according to physician orders.
