About The Position

Wellnessmart is hiring LVNs to provide pre-employment testing and other wellness-focused services. The position is based out of the Long Beach office and requires floating to locations within Southern California. Wellnessmart operates more than 50 retail locations across the United States and provides services including drug screening, TB testing, physical assessments, blood work, and background checks.

LVNs perform clinical and customer-service duties in a casual, vibrant setting. The role includes administering injections, conducting blood draws, coordinating with on-call physicians, assisting clients, and supporting the care team. The standard schedule is a day shift, Monday through Friday, with Saturdays; the schedule is five eight-hour shifts, the business is closed Sundays and major holidays, and overtime may be needed.

Requirements

• Valid California LVN license.
• BLS CPR certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Confidence in nursing skills.
• Proficiency in multitasking.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Respectful and collaborative demeanor.
• Ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.

Nice To Haves

• California Blood Draw/IV Certification is preferred; if not already held, it is required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform TB skin tests and urine drug screens.
• Conduct physical exams.
• Administer vaccinations.
• Process LiveScan fingerprint applications.
• Prepare lab orders and conduct blood draws.
• Conduct mask fits.
• Greet clients warmly.
• Assist clients with registration and process payments using the POS system.
• Communicate effectively with all members of the care team.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
