About The Position

Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient services through its telehealth program. The role serves patients across the lifespan and supports access to mental health care through partnerships with commercial health plans and as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider. The team works remotely from home. Candidates must have a private home workspace suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with shift options of 10 a.m.–7 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time. Bilingual Spanish candidates may receive additional compensation.

Requirements

• Master's-level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Ability to develop treatment plans.
• Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
• Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
• Ability to use comprehensive assessments.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish fluency is preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
