Licensed Social Worker (LSW) - Remote
About The Position
Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, including care for people served by Medicaid and Medicare. Clinicians see patients across the lifespan and work remotely from their own homes. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with shift options of 10 a.m.–7 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time. Eligible employees may receive incentive bonus pay. Spanish-speaking candidates may receive additional compensation. Applicants must have a private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements. Candidates need a master's-level degree and licensure, unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship, and the ability to use telehealth and other communication technology throughout the workday. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package, liability insurance coverage, and an annual stipend for growth and education opportunities.
Requirements
- Master's-level degree and licensure.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA purposes.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Ability to develop treatment plans.
- Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments.
Nice To Haves
- Fluency in Spanish; additional compensation is offered to bilingual candidates.
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
