About The Position

Brave Health is hiring full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient services through its telehealth program. The role supports patients across the lifespan through a technology-enabled, community health-centered organization that partners with commercial health plans and is a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider. The team works remotely from home. Candidates must have a private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements. Spanish-speaking candidates may receive additional compensation.

Requirements

• Master's-level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future; temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses are not supported.
• A private work-from-home space appropriate for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Treatment-planning skills.
• Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
• Ability to work in partnership with clients to achieve goals.
• Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments.

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish; additional compensation is offered to bilingual candidates.
