About The Position

Brave Health is seeking full-time Associate Therapists to provide outpatient services through its telehealth program. The organization uses technology to expand access to compassionate, high-quality mental health care, including for people who receive care through Medicaid and Medicare. The role serves patients across the lifespan and is performed entirely remotely from the employee’s home.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and shift options of 10 a.m.–7 p.m. or 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Eastern Time. Compensation is a $60,000–$63,000 base salary, with an incentivized bonus structure for eligible employees. Additional compensation is offered to bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish speakers.

Requirements

• Master’s-level degree and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• A private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
• Ability to develop treatment plans and use comprehensive assessments.
• Comfort using technology throughout the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools.
• Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals.
