About The Position

Vista Counseling & Wellness Center is hiring a licensed psychologist for its Eugene office. This is a therapy role and does not involve psychological testing or assessment. The intake team matches therapists with adult, couples, family, or adolescent clients aligned with the populations they work best with. Therapists set their own caseload goal and hours, with a minimum of 18 client sessions per week. Full-time benefits are available at 24 or more sessions weekly; 18–23 sessions weekly is considered part-time for benefit purposes. Pay is per session and scales with a chosen goal of 18–30 sessions per week. At 24 sessions per week, compensation is $73.50–$81.50 per session, or approximately $91,728–$101,712 annually, calculated over 52 weeks and including paid sick leave/PTO. The Boost Program guarantees the first three months of pay at the employee’s caseload goal, worth up to $22,900–$25,400. This is W-2 employment with a locally owned, Oregon family-owned practice established in 2002. Vista states it has no private equity, hospital, or insurance company ownership. Requirements

Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
Oregon licensure.
Work a minimum of 18 client sessions per week.

Nice To Haves

Clinical experience is preferred.
Associates working toward licensure are welcome.
